Dewspell is a small Australian online store, run by one person in Brisbane.
There is no head office and no team behind this. It is me, Noah, working out of Newmarket in Queensland, choosing products I think are worth owning and writing the pages myself. I mention that up front because you are about to hand money to a shop you have never heard of, and you deserve to know who is on the other end of it.

How the products get to you
Dewspell does not hold stock. Orders are sent from our supplier's warehouse overseas, which is the honest reason delivery takes 8 to 15 business days rather than two. It is also the reason the prices are what they are — there is no warehouse, no staff and no shopfront built into them.
If a two-week wait does not suit you, please buy locally instead. I would rather lose the sale than have you disappointed by a delivery time you were not told about.
What I will not do
I do not invent "was" prices to make a discount look bigger. I do not put review photos on a page unless they are of the product you are actually buying. I do not make health or medical claims about grooming and beauty tools, because they are grooming and beauty tools. Where a product has no reviews yet, the page says so rather than borrowing someone else's.
If something goes wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, and that sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which nothing here takes away. Returns come back to Newmarket QLD 4051 and I will send you the details when you email.
