Where we ship

We ship within Australia and internationally. That includes Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, most of Europe, and a range of other countries. You'll see whether we deliver to your address, along with the cost, at checkout before you pay.

What it costs

Within Australia, tracked delivery is A$11, and it is free on orders over A$75. International tracked delivery is A$20. Some products include free tracked delivery on their own, which is shown on the product page and again at checkout. The exact options for your cart and destination are always calculated at checkout.

How long it takes

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 8 to 15 business days, though remote or international destinations can sit at the longer end of that.

Our products ship directly from our supplier's warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than it would from a local warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than have it be a surprise after you have ordered.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not moved in 10 business days, email us at noahcoulson9@gmail.com and we will chase it up for you.

Duties and taxes

Because orders ship from overseas, customs can occasionally inspect a parcel and charge duty or a handling fee, and this is more likely on international orders. It is uncommon, but if it happens it is the recipient's responsibility.
