Refund policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. If it is not for you, email us and we will refund it. This covers everything we sell, including our beauty devices, and it applies whether you paid full price or used a discount code.

To be refunded under the change-of-mind guarantee, the item needs to come back to us complete and in its original packaging, with any cables, bases and accessories included. It is fine if you have tried it, that is the whole point of the guarantee. It is not fine if it comes back damaged or with parts missing.

How to start a return

Email us at noahcoulson9@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to do, and we will reply with instructions. Please get in touch before sending anything back, because we cannot match up parcels that arrive unannounced.

Who pays return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you cover the postage back to us. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover it and we will sort the label out for you.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Have a look at your order when it arrives and email us straight away if something is not right. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you would prefer, and you will not be out of pocket for postage.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it over, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days and email you to confirm. Your bank can take a few days more to actually show it. If it has been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still cannot see it, email us and we will chase it up.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights sit on top of the guarantee above, and nothing in this policy takes them away.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned.
