Dewspell prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless Shopify shows a localised currency at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but an order cannot always be changed after fulfilment has started.

How much is shipping?

Available shipping methods, costs and any free-shipping threshold are displayed at checkout before payment.

When will my order arrive?

The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout or in your dispatch confirmation where available. Delivery can vary by destination, product and carrier.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Products can be dispatched from different fulfilment locations, so items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Are Dewspell tools medical devices?

Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, Dewspell beauty and skincare tools are cosmetic self-care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition.

How should I clean my product?

Follow the care instructions on the product page and our product-care guide. Do not immerse an electrical product unless its instructions explicitly say it is waterproof.

What if my order is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and photographs. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our change-of-mind conditions.

Can I return an unused item?

Eligible unused and unopened items can be returned for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. Read the full returns and refunds information before sending anything back.
